Our hosting systems may also record technical information such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested pages for security and error diagnosis.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, arrange viewings, provide requested property services, protect the website from abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers and external services
We use hosting and email providers to operate the website and deliver enquiries. Property photos are stored and delivered by our own server. Maps on this website are provided by Google Maps (Google LLC): when a map is shown, your browser loads it from Google, which receives technical request data such as your IP address. Links to LINE and Facebook open those providers only when you choose them; their own privacy policies then apply.
5. Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. To see how the website is used, we count page views with Umami, an analytics tool that runs on our own server, sets no cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not follow you across other websites. One cookie remembers the language you choose. Staff who sign in to the admin area receive a session cookie that is required for signing in.

We keep enquiry data only for as long as it is needed to respond, provide services, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
